About Me

Dr. Adrian Laurence

I’m Dr Adrian Laurence, a medical doctor, specialized in family medicine, studying lifestyle medicine certification and advocate for lifestyle and longevity medicine.I’ve spent 20 years practicing medicine, and along the way, I’ve helped countless patients with simple, evidence-based interventions.

And walk the talk.

I eat well, stay active, sleep well and stay healthy, all while:
• working as a doctor
• running 2 businesses
• being a husband and dad with 2 young kids

I started this newsletter because I see too many people missing out on the benefits of longevity science because of overcomplicated advice and extreme protocols. What began as sharing simple health tips with patients has grown into a systematic approach to making longevity accessible for busy professionals.

I started a YouTube channel in 2020 documenting my running adventures around New Zealand.
6 million views later, I realised the power of online content to create a positive impact on people’s health.

Now I’m sharing everything I’ve learned about translating complex longevity science into practical, actionable strategies.
